Sound issue?

I have an All in One HP PC which runs Windows 11.

I restored the PC back to factory settings a month ago.

I’ve been having an issue with Windows start up sound not playing properly - it works fine and then stops the next time. I’ve run DISM and everything comes back fine. I’m not too concerned about that, I’ve just switched off the start up sound.

The most pressing issue is that recently on Zoom whenever I get a notification on Windows 11 for an e-mail, for example, the audio on Zoom completely cuts out. I change the speaker input and it works fine again, even if another notification is received.

I’ve done an audio diagnostic on Windows and it says everything is fine.

What should I do now? Should I assume this is a Zoom problem?

In the interim I have set notifications to do not disturb when Zoom is in full screen mode. Would you guys just continue with this moving forwards?

Hi
Can you please post the S/N and Part Number of your system? -you can find them in the BIOS, just press ESC on startup and then F10.

In the mean time, just run system diagnostics (ES-system Diagnostics).
