Hello ,I recently upgraded my i3 6100 to i5 11400F(H510 mb) and i've been having some heat-related issues. My CPU temp is around 36-42C when idle( I use a DeepCool gammax cooler), but whenever i open programs(Google etc.) it ,very briefly, goes up by 5-7C and comes back down. when running games like MK 9 and CS:GO fluctuates between 53-60.
Any ideas on how to resolve this or is this even something to be concerned about?

this is my system properties
12 gb ram
120 gb ssd/500 gb hdd
1050 Ti
600w evga ps

I would consider those temperature margins within a safe level.

Electronics often shift in larger chunks of temperature, a performance graphics card can go from a 29-30C idle to 60-70C under load in a matter of seconds, as long as it has sufficient air flow there shouldn't be any issues.

As the article PeterOz linked says, 80C-ish is usually the threshold for most major components, once components start going above that I would be a little more suspicious.
