I'm having problems with my internet connection. Recently, I have upgraded from slow WiFi to a 100/100Mbps (down/upload) cable connection, however, I still only can reach around 40/1Mbps. I thought it might be a motherboard problem, however, when I start Windows in emergency mode, I my connection skyrockets to 90/90Mpbs. Upon restarting to normal mode, my connection gets extremely slow again.
Does anyone have nay idea why this is? Any tips, tricks or solutions?
