Hi I am looking for help, my local community is in need of a IT hub for people to use the internet etc. We have the building and wifi and priner etc.

I was looking at about 8 laptops and 4 to 6 tablets all with basic software word etc. What would be the best way to go, what exactly would I need to pull this off apart from the money lol. What type of laptops tablets would be best any specialist software or licenses etc any help would be appreciated.
