Sry for the inconvenience. I bought a acer aspire vn7 592g for my studies and it worked always good (most of the time). Sadly last month a tiny screw went missing, and since then it stated to fall apart. I tried to search for the screw online alone but didn't find it anywhere. After that contacted the acer service line, didn't work ether because the keep telling me to look in the Manuel for the screw size. Didn't work ether because there is nothing about the screw size in the Manuel aswell. I didn't give up and tried to use ask the acer community, but failed before I could even ask because there site keeps constantly fail to load before I can create a account. U guys are basically my last hope. Can u help me please

Tldr: I'm searching for the screw size for the lower site of my acer aspire vn7 592g

The loss of one screw (which in itself is most unusual) would not normally result in a notebook coming apart, there should still be eleven screws holding the top and bottom together.

How did the screw get lost and can you take a pic of from where the missing screw goes and upload it.
