Solved Screen flickering when streaming

Hello!
Laptop-noob here :)
I don't even know if I'm posting this at the right tread, so please redirect me if needed, haha.

I'm having issues with my Lenovo Pro 7.
I don't know all the right terms but the easiest way to describe my problem is that 1/5 of the screen (vertically) to the right is flickering now and then when I'm streaming series. I've tried 5 different streaming platforms- it happens on every one of them. It only happens when playing in full screen mode.
Also tried using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge).
Tried restarting my router and using another internet.
BIOS-update is up to date, as is the Windows Update (Windows 11).
Tried googling the issue but none of the results seem to match my problem since it's just when streaming...

It might be worth mentioning that this is my second Lenovo Pro 7 over the last couple of months. Had a similar issue with the first one as well, but on that one the whole screen was flickering not just a small part of it. The tec-guys where I bought it didn't recognize the problem, so I got a new one.
I've got videos of the whole screen flickering on the previous one (if anyone need it) since it happened more frequently then the problem I'm having with the new one.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps update the video driver. Does it happen in safe mode with networking?
Thank you!
When I try to update the video driver (if that's the same thing as GPU?) I get a notification that Windows already has installed the most compatible driver. Found this guide: https://www.avg.com/en/signal/how-to-update-graphics-drivers, and it seems like I don't have the latest update downloaded on my laptop after checking my GPU. Should I try to download the newest one? Totally new to this stuff so it kinda feels scary doing this alone, haha.

Aaand I don't know what you mean by "does it happen in safe mode with networking"?

Safe mode with network.

Have you tried connecting the notebook to an external screen using the display port, if yes, was the issue present on the external screen, if not tried, give it a try then post back with the outcome.

Reactions: Malnutrition
I called Lenovo Support yesterday after downloading the latest GPU without any luck fixing the problem. He suggested turning the hardware acceleration off on the different browsers and then see if the problem still occured. I've not seen the problem since trying that!! Crossing my fingers.

Thanku for your suggestions! :)
