Hi Guys,
I've been dealing with this freezing problem for quite some time now. I just bought my PC about 3 months ago. It randomly freezes, the mouse powers off (no laser), the keyboard freezes - won't let me press any key, and sometimes the internet (wired) gets disconnected, and all I can do is to force restart. I've done pretty much everything I know and searched in hopes to fix the problem, installed Windows 10, tried to use HDD instead of SSD, changed parts, I also checked Event Viewer but no errors are showing up when the computer freezes.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 3400G
OCPC 2x8GB RAM 3200mHz
ASUS B450 TUF Gaming Motherboard
Plextor 512GB M9Pe M.2 SSD
750w PSU
Windows 10
It kept on happening so I went back to the shop I bought it from and they changed the parts to:
Ryzen 5 3400G
G.Skill Trident Z NEO 2x8GB RAM 3200mHz
MSI B450 Mortar Max Motherboard
Plextor 512GB M9Pe M.2 SSD
750w PSU
Windows 10
After changing the parts, the freezing continued (randomly) and then I got a tip from a friend that it might be because of the integrated graphics I'm using (Vega 11). So then I bought an MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super Gaming X (6GB DDR6) GPU a couple of days ago, and just this morning, my computer froze again.
Has anyone experienced the same with these specs? What could be causing the freeze? Any recommended solutions?
Thank you!
