I recently bought a used pc, and everything is guarded by a admin user pin. I am trying to reset windows to default but5 every time I do it gives me an error and says that it was unable to reset. Please help!!!

You will have to contact the person that you got the system from to get the admin user pin we can not in any way assist in bypassing this.
