I'm going nuts trying to find a good thread for what I want to do... Please direct me to the best thread.

Last week my old DIY died. You guys helped me build my old DIY 12 years ago so I feel like
can do this. I'm 76 now and I didn't want to build a new one so I bought a new one from Dell.
Hey, 12 years with no problems is pretty good...thanks guys...
My new pc is a desktop Dell Inspiron, Intel chip, Win 10 Home. It has a 1T hdd. I purchased a new WD 1T SSD. I want to clone
the hdd to the SSD then physically swap the hdd and the SSD.
Do you need anymore info?

Solved - BitLocker in Windows Home

I had a hard drive crash on my 10 year old DIY (you guys helped me build it). OS was Windows 10 Pro. Local pc shop was able to find and transfer pix and docs to an another old hdd. Since I'm now 76 years old I didn't feel like building a new pc so I purchased a Dell, which has Windows 10...
