Hello. Lately my laptop has been crashing from time to time and I can't seem to find what the issue is. It's rarely hot when it happens and at times it crashes a few minutes after I boot it up.
Sometimes it shows a BCOD and sometimes it directly reboots, and sometimes it happens twice a day. I tried to do some detective work and opened the Relayability Monitor but I don't know how to interpret the logs :/

It's in french but I think it should be easy to understand. The first three events say Windows stopped working, Windows was not correctly shutdown and Unplannified shutdown. As you can see it happened twice just today.

Is anybody able to help? What should I do to hopefully stop this from happening again?
