I started having this problem like few weeks ago and cant fix it. Problem is when i play movies on video players (KMPlayer, VLC Media Player), i can hear sounds like music in movies, but when dialogue starts, thats just like mute, can't hear it. It sounds fine on B.S Player but on others no dialogue sound, i wanna watch on other video players cuz i don't like B.S Player, can anyone help?

What are the file formats that you are attempting to play?
Checked the configuration for the players and made sure that they are capable of reading that file format?
