Solved Problem with the audio, DisplayPort's, and HDMI ports on my computer :(

Hello everyone, I'm not the absolute best with computers so bare with me in explaining my problem, please and thank you.

So one day my computer froze, it is running Windows 10, out of nowhere when I was on Spotify and the audio cut on my computer at the same time. I tried turning it off using the power button but it was doing nothing so I turned off the power supply, gave the computer a moment, and then turned it back on. Once I turned it back on, the audio on my computer wasn't working anymore which has happened periodically to me but it has always come back with me unplugging stuff and plugging it back in or just giving it time, but this time around it has been a week and still the audio is not working. At the same time of finding this problem with the audio, I discovered that my XP Pen pen display monitor wasn't able to connect to my computer anymore, it would just say "no signal". I eventually got back to my normal double monitor set-up and the same problem happens with my second monitor, "no signal". I even started switching around the plugs just to see if it would do anything and I discovered that when using the second DP port on my computer, my main monitor doesn't get signal, but the second DP that I have it plugged into currently does work for some reason. And neither of my HDMI ports work currently. I believe the audio problem is tied to this DP and HDMI port issue, but I don't know for sure. (Another weird side note is that when I booted up my computer again there was another weird issue where all of a sudden my start menu didn't have a "sleep" option anymore and when the computer hibernates after not using it for a certain amount of time it doesn't actually sleep anymore, the screen just goes grey and the computer stays on)

Things that I know and have allowed me to deduce where the problem could be coming from: (1) I'm pretty sure the monitor is not the issue because when I switch inputs to my Switch the audio works for that. (2) I'm pretty sure my speakers aren't the problem for the same reason, they work when in different inputs. (3) I believe the audio issue is tied to the port problem because when I look at the volume mixer it shows that audio is being played, but my monitor doesn't play it for some reason. (The audio also works with headphones in so it seems even more like it is tied to the port problem) (4) Regarding the port problem, I am pretty sure the cables are not the problem because they work on other devices I've used and like I said before, my DP cable works for my monitor, but only in the second Display Port, for some reason the first one gives "no signal"

Other details that might be important: (1) I have updated my computer fully and updated the drivers for my XP Pen display and it still doesn't work (2) I unplugged the audio cables on my motherboard, dusted it off a bit, and plugged them in and the issue persists (3) I suspect that there might be an issue with my graphics card since the problem I have is with the ports so if it helps my graphics card is a MSI VGA Graphic Cards RX 580 ARMOR 8G OC (4) I suspect that the problem might have to do with the graphics card since the audio works through USB and Bluetooth but not through the DP, and also the other ports give no signal

I really appreciate any help or advice that anyone has. Thank you :)

So I figured out that the problem was just that my graphics card needed to update which I solved by downloading AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition to update it. I figure I'll just leave this post up in case anyone else has similar problems so they can realize sooner than me that all you need to do is update your graphics card.
