Thank you for all the help you gave me Malnutrition, too bad your other colleague is rude af. Referring to thread https://pchelpforum.net/t/pc-lock-up.88128/. I had a couple other questions about what is going on with PC but without knowing my exact power supply model, the thread was closed. I will buy another power supply and go from there. I will not be coming back here though, bleeping computer and Toms Hardware is friendly/helpful. Thanks again for all your help Malnutrition, stay safe.

Really, if anyone here has been rude it has been yourself by abusing the free help that you have been afforded, members safety is paramount and by continually not being prepared to provide the PSU information you were making it impossible for anyone to be able to offer you guidance that was 100% safe, you also abandoned your thread and this despite you being asked for an update.

There is also such a thing as legal implications, if any guidance that is offered leads to a mishap forums are liable to prosecution.

Fwiw, Being active on multiple forums I can safely say that not providing safety related information will 100% result in such a thread being closed regardless of where you go.

Bottom line, if you think that putting members safety first is rude you have a very strange way of thinking.
