PC won't display 2 monitors at the same time

So, about a month ago i was having some problems with my pc such as not turning on, I changed my motherboard and my power suply, before all of this happened, I used to use a dual monitor setup, one hdmi cable going into the gpu and another hdmi with a dvi-d adapter also to the same gpu, when my pc got back suddenly it wont detect 2 monitors at the same time, it was working just fine a month ago, ive tried everything. Nvidia control panel and windows doesnt detect 2 at the same time, but when i use them separately, it works just fine.

Specs:

Processor: I5-9400F
GPU: 1660 super
motherboard: H310
Power Suply: 650W 80 PLUS BRONZE

PLEASE HELP!

UPDATE: I tried to connect another monitor as my second monitor and it worked just fine, the one i want to use as a second monitor is a bit old but it used to work just fine, for some reason my pc just doesnt detect this specific monitor t22c310 SAMSUNG

I suggest you try to turn off interlacing - I know it works when by itself.
• For PC connection, you must use the HDMI (DVI) jack. • The interlace mode is not supported. • The set might operate abnormally if a non-standard video format is selected.

That came from the manual of the samsung manual.
Are you connected driectly to hdmi with this monitor ?
Check your settings to see if it is set to interlaced or progressive - You need progressive
plug direct to hdmi then check settings

  1. From the NVIDIA Control Panel navigation tree pane, under Display, click Change resolution.
  2. To set progressive timing:
    • From the list of HD resolutions, select a resolution with a "p" suffix, such as 1080p, or
    • From the list of custom resolutions, select a custom resolution that contains the word "progressive".

So you put t22c310 on by itself to HDMI and it works.
You then connect a 2nd monitor via dvi and the t22c310 goes black ?
or the 2nd monitor plugged into dvi is not found ?
Am I correct?.
What driver is the GPU using.
  • Method 1: Right-click the Start button or press the Windows Logo + X key combination on the keyboard and, from the list, click to select Device Manager.
Click on the arrow next to Display Adapter
Right click on the display adapter
Left click on properties
Click on Driver Tab
Who is the driver provider and what is the driver version.

I have 2 monitors, my main one is a C24F390 and secondary a T22C310, right now im only using the C24F390, T22C310 is plugged in but windows or nvidia control panel doesnt detect it, in the device manager under monitors tab it shows up only my C23F390, when i click on view devices hidden or not connected, the T22C310 shows up but it says that its not plugged in, for some reason this monitor (T22C310) works perfecly when its the only one connected, but when i plug both in, it detects only one or the other, if i turn on my pc with my T22C310 plugged in and then connect the C24F390, it wont detect the C24F390. Its really confusing but i hope i could clear out any doubts, thank you for helping me btw, i've been trying to fix this problem for so long, but it just doesnt make any sense to me.

Also, i just updated the latest driver for my gpu today, i feel like it should be a problem to the T22C310 cause when i connect my main one C24F390 and another ACER monitor that my friend has both of them works perfectly, both get detected by windows and nvidia control panel.

Driver provider: NVIDIA
Driver version: 30.0. 15. 1165
