I need a little help with a problem that has been haunting me ever since I built my new PC.

The problem I have is, that some of my opened programs just freeze ( ____ isnt responding e.g. , or just an absolute freeze ) out of the blue. I dont get bluescreens or anything of that type btw.
The weird thing is that, lets say im playing a game with friends on Teamspeak. Sometimes the game freezes but Teamspeak doesnt or its the other way around or both at the same time. What I also found out is, that sometimes when my game freezes, the ingame voice chat is still working perfectly fine ( so I can still hear them and they also hear me, yet the Game is frozen). Its really hard to explain what exactly happens, since I dont know whats going on x) This also happens with programs like Chrome, Word and so on… Pretty much anything.
Outside of that, the games I play or programs beside that run perfect ( 144fps and above ).
Can anyone relate to this issue and help me find the problem or knows whats going on?
Ill answer literally every question that might help you guys to find out whats going on.
I already did a Memtest for 24 hours to check my RAM but it didnt find any errors.
As I already mentioned earlier I literally just upgraded my PC to get a better perfomance, but ever since then the performance has been the worst ever with those freezes.
Did I **** something up while building the PC?
Im running with these specs btw:
Asus Prime B450-Plus Motherboard Socket AM4
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 3600
Radeon RX 6600 xt
Ryzen 5 5600 6 core
