So, I'll start with specs
Motherboard - GIGABYTE G1.Sniper M3 rev. 1.0
CPU - Intel Core i5-3470
RAM - 16 GB ddr3
GPU - GTX 1050 Ti

The problem is

On day I turned on my pc, loaded win11 and gone for making some food. Came back and decided to switch to my portable win flash for some setting up. I turned off pc, inserted flash into usb 3.0 slot and when i turned my pc on saw an uncommon boot splash that shows up when something is wrong (that pic with scull pinned) when it supposed to be other one (pi also pinned). And pc started to boot VERY slow like 2-3 minutes just to try enter bios (pic of the most far point of booting pinned) and... reset. And it's a cycle. I tried to restard pc, reset bios, mixing ram, disconnecting unnecessary devices leaving only ram and cpu inserted, but result is always the same. One time i managed to boot bios idk how and started to connecting all my devices but it just crashed and that's all. I think my motherboard is dead but i'm hoping that there's still an option to recover it.

could be your boot drive.
when you get into BIOS, do you see any drives listed.

either get your hands on another one for testing and see if you can load Windows onto it and see if the PC boots.
you could also create a bootable UISB stick with a Linux distro on it for testing purposes.

that's the problem, i can't enter the bios because of its crashing.
and i tried to boot without drives connected

Loaded or tried to install ?

Regardless of the above, neither the CPU or MB are supported by Windows 11 and to get W11 to be able to function on unsupported hardware requires a hack and PCHF does not offer assistance with hacks.
just turned on pc with win11 already installed. i used this pc like 4 months
i used no hacks or bios modification if you're talking about it

Windows 11 does not support Intel processors older than 8th generation, this can be confirmed here

Windows 11 does not support your MB, this likewise can be confirmed here

To reiterate

to get W11 to be able to function on unsupported hardware requires a hack and PCHF does not offer assistance with hacks.

Bypassing the TPM to be able to install Windows 11 means that the system has been compromised and while this particular type of hack is not illegal it means that helpers would be trying to fix something that is not meant to be.

Ok, but this does not affect my bios and i don't have problems with my windows
As i said before, i have problems with entering bios and don't have my drives connected so no hacks

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

What type of keyboard are you using, battery powered USB or PS/2 and what key are you pressing when trying to access the BIOS.

To access the BIOS you have to press a key, try tapping the F9 key when you next power up or even <F7> Load the Optimized BIOS default settings for the current submenus
because of no drives connected and settings are gone

Nope, the settings are saved on a BIOS chip on the MB and have nothing to do with any drives

i reset bios by taking off battery and touching cmos_reset pins, then turned pc on with no drives connected to it

i did all of it just to make sure that pc will force enter the bios even without keyboard. but when it tries to enter it bios just crashes and pc restarts. and that enter bios->crash->restart became a cycle

As explained you cannot access the BIOS without a keyboard attached, the drives have zero to do with it

i reset bios by taking off battery and touching cmos_reset pins,

Why did you do this, were you already having problems

Edit to add: Your first picture is even telling you that you need to have a keyboard hooked up, telling you which F keys to press is the clue.

yes, as i saw that i have uncommon bootsplash and restarting isn't working i tried to reset everything
you cannot access the BIOS without a keyboard attached, the drives have zero to do with it
i can force enter bios cuz mb have nothing to boot in so it will enter bios and say that i don't have bootable drives

i reset bios by taking off battery and touching cmos_reset pins,

You may have shorted out the BIOS chip then.

What happens if you tap the Del key when restarting.

Tapping F5 is meant to restore the previous BIOS settings for the current submenus

If you can`t do any of the above you board may be toast.
