Solved PC stopped responding to anything including power button while turned on

Literally as the title said, I am at a complete loss as to what could've caused this. PC is turned on, no response from mouse/keyboard, monitor is getting no signal, and the strangest of all - the power button's not turning it off. What do I do? Is this a sign of a dead motherboard?
