I just built a brand new PC. Everything runs fine. But when I go to play destiny it reboots 5 minutes into it. Every part is brand new. None of it is overheating, I ran a program and CPU is at 32°C and GPU is at 69°C. Power supply is a corsair 750w so I think that is enough to power it. Getting a little frustrated because I dont know what is wrong. Any help?

Specs:
GPU - MSI Radeon RX580
Motherboard - ASRock Phantom Gaming 4
PSU - Corsair 750w
CPU - Intel Core i5 9600
RAM - T-Force 2×8gb

Welcome to PCHF Steve,

Can you explain what you mean by "reboots"

An overheating PSU would just shut down without warning however the computer would not reboot but instead would normally leave the computer in stand by, a system short, a damaged soldered circuit on the MB or a flaky power button on the case could however shut down and restart a computer.

If the computer blue screens and then reboots a software/driver issue is the most likely cause but an outside chance could be a problem with memory.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.
If you are running on a vista machine, please go to where you installed the program and run the program as administrator.

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.
