My case is kinda weird, nobody I asked knows what to do. I bought the parts for my pc separately, and as it has a video processor (AMD Ryzen 5 5600 G) I was using the pc normally before my video card (GTX1070). It's a used GPU that my friend gave me, but it was in perfect condition and working normally. The first time the computer turned on normally, but after the drivers were installed and I restarted the computer, it started restarting non-stop when I turned it on, sometimes it got to the the windows login screen and I was able to log in, but the video got all pixelated and I restarted again. After a while, I noticed that if i waited a few minutes on the windows login screen, the computer would work normally and without any crashes, and I used MSI's kombustor to test the video card and see if it would crash the video or anything, but nothing happened, so the problem is only when windows is initializing. As a friend of mine had a power supply and a another GPU (RX 580) I decided to test both. With the power supply the same thing happened, but when I tested the other video card it stopped showing these problems and now it is working normally. Is there some kind of conflict between my pc and the video card?
Because i know for sure that the GTX 1070 is functioning normally in others computers.
