PC problems

This is my setup i builld it like couple months ago but having some issues with it.

CPU: I9 13900 (Up-to-date).
GPU: MSI Suprim X 4090 (Up-to-date).
Motherboard: MSI Z790 DDR5 (BIOS Up-to-date).
DRAM: 64 GB RAM Corsair 7200 Mhz.
Battery: 1000x Corsair Battery.
Cooling: H170I Elite Corsair cooling.

Systemsoftware: Windows 11 Pro (Up-to-date).

Temperature

GPU Idle : 35 C
GPU Ingame : 50 C

CPU Idle : 35/40 C
CPU Ingame : 70/80 C

DRAM Idle: 33/39 C
DRAM Ingame: 40/45 C

What are the problems?

- Games isnt smooth i have to play on poor settings to make the game smooth.
- Overclocking isnt possible Memory error.
- Alot of Bluescreens when im overclocking (Memory).
- Internet problems (Drivers up-to-date).

What did i change already?

- 64GB DRAM sticks DDR5 7200 Mhz.

What did i try?

- Benchmark error.
- Stress test error.

Hope someone is knowing whats wrong.
 
Get System Info Log.


Include in your next reply a Get System Info log.
Save it to your desktop when complete.

Not surprised you are having issues in all honesty.

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, Intel state here up to DDR5 5200MHz and if you have XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

Go into the BIOS, disable XMP and test.

You should also make sure that the Windows Power Plan is set to Balanced and not High Performance or Ryzen Balanced.

Something to keep in mind for the future, a CPU must be compatible with a MB whereas the RAM has to be compatible with both the CPU and the MB, this because a MB can be compatible with faster CPUs than the one in your list of parts and MB manufacturers often state RAM speeds that far exceed what any CPU the board can handle.
