Pc keeps rebooting

Hey guys what's up? So I'm having a major issue with my rig for the past couple of weeks and have no clue what's happening. It showed me a BSOD and after that it didn't worked again, whenever I try to power on it reboots itself automatically before showing the windows logo, sometimes with a BSOD and sometimes not.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Powering it with only things absolutelly necessary, removed all usb (except mouse and keyboard), removed video card, tried with only one Ram stick. No luck
Ran Memtest 64 with no errors.
Tried reinstalling windows via usb stick, it still showed me BSod and rebooted.
Bought a brand new SSD since my old HDD is very old
Nothing above worked, so I've read somewhere that it could be an issue with the voltages not being fed correctly since it's set to auto in my bios, I turned them up a little and It worked for a while. I managed to Install windows and it worked as far as downloading drivers and some programs. Then it rebooted again. I've checked and, with the voltages up, so did my cpu temperature so it wouldn't work like that anyways.

Now, the problem should be in my PSU, Mobo or my cpu is dead. Any thoughts and directions will be much appreciated since everything I've tried from what I've read online didn't work. I'll leave my specs below. Thx in advance!

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Hello! Thx for the reply, the thing is, I can't post it cause my pc won't boot. It's stuck rebooting before windows opens up.

What speed is the RAM.

If you restart the PC and access the BIOS, what happens if you leave the PC in the BIOS, does it still turn off or will it stay on.

Have you tried removing the add on video card from the PCI-E slot on the MB and then using the appropriate video port on the MB.

I Have 1x4gb 1600mhz and 1x 8gb 1600mhz Kingston. I purchased 8gb about 2 years ago. It always worked fine until this past few weeks. And yes, I have removed my vcard and switched to onboard video, no luck though, I tried with only one of ram sticks and it didn't work either. Also, if I enter my bios and leave it there it doesn't reboot. The rebooting and BSod's happen when it shows me the windows logo

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

Do the below;

Restore the MBs default factory settings in the BIOS, they are sometimes listed as one of the following " factory defaults" "most stable" or on newer boards "optimized" please note that if you have both the "most stable" and the "optimized" options in the BIOS you should choose the most stable" option as in this instance the "optimized" settings are a form of overclocking that can cause instability.

Save the new settings, exit the BIOS and shutdown the computer,

Put one stick of RAM in the slot nearest the CPU.

Keep the add on video card out and continue using the onboard.

Connect a keyboard, the power cord, power up to see if there is any change, if yes, post back and let us know, if no change, repeat the process with the same stick of RAM in the second slot, if yes, post back and let us know, if no change, repeat the exact same process with just the second stick of RAM.

If no change after doing all of the above we will try a different boot approach.

Just a fyi, the below is from your MB user manual

1. For dual channel configuration, you always need to install identical (the same
brand, speed, size and chip-type) DDR3 DIMM pairs.
