What is that? Speccy or minitool box? These two programs provide information from your machine so that we can see what is going on. Otherwise it is just shooting in the dark/guessing. It is how we help you, since we are not sitting in front of the computer our selves.

@stephen770 Third option would be this tool.

Get System Info Log.

Include in your next reply a Get System Info log.
Save it to your desktop when complete.
Once you have the file on your desktop, then upload it here.
Copy the URL after your report is loaded.
Then send us the link.

Or if you do not want to provide logs, have you tried a clean boot? Is your computer overheating, what antivirus do you run? There are a multitude of questions that do not need to be asked/answered simply by providing logs. That is your choice tho. :)

if you do not want to provide logs

Members not wanting to provide any requested information should take their computer to a locally trusted tech, PCHF is a reputable forum and no one here will have it suggested otherwise.

From the members OP;

My pc freezes up within seconds when I enter a zoom meeting.

Suggests that the computer is used for business purposes so no assistance can be offered in any event.
