Hello,
So I have had my computer for about 3 years and have had very few to none problems with it. In the past 4 months or so I had been having some CPU overheating issues while gaming, which I solved by purchasing a new liquid cooling system as my old pump had died. I replaced that about a month or ago and have had no issues since then. However - in the past 3 days I have been having some weird issues that have progressively gotten worse. It went from my computer turning off while I was away to my computer needed to be restarted about 3-4 times to not freeze before BIOS to almost always freezing before BIOS. To clarify as of right now when I start up my computer neither my mouse, monitor, or keyboard will turn on and will not turn on. However - the fans and LEDs in my computer will still be on. Sometimes I will get lucky and they will work and I can get to BIOS sometimes, but then it will freeze within one minute or so. I can usually never getting to SafeMode however I have gotten to my desktop a couple times but once again it freeze after thirty seconds or so after being there. I have been able to get to my SpeedFan one time and it showed 30-40 degrees Celsius on everything, so I believe I can rule out CPU/GPU overheating ( I never had CPU overheating while I was idle, only when playing games). I not a huge expert on computer but from what I have found this may point to a MOBO issue or possibly a PSU issue. My motherboard makes no beeping sounds on startup either which is weird and hopefully means that's not the issue. I am currently unable to even get into my computer at this point.
Here are the computer specs: http://imgur.com/a/00TaG The only change from that is that the liquid cooling is now Corsair H55 CPU Liquid Cooling

I have cleaned my computer with compressed air inside and out so I highly doubt this is an issue about overheating. I have done a lot of things in the last week of my computers like, defragging my hard drive, cleaning out the registry, checking for virus/malware.
Here are some pictures from within the AMD software.

These are some photos I was able to take from my BIOS a couple days ago.

Thank you so much for anyone that is able to help me in this situation. I will do my best to provide any additional information you may need!
