Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

As per your earlier thread, you may have already bricked your hardware by ignoring what was advised.

So bad that it should come with both a health warning and a fire extinguisher, rated as – Tier F • Replace immediately when independently tested,

The PSU is labelled as 500W but the supplies own information label tells us that it falls way short at 408W ( 12V Xs 34A = 408W ) + only having a twelve month warranty period shows how little trust that GameMax have in their own junk.

Until you do you should refrain from using the computer, one or more components could already be damaged and a GPU being the most power hungry tends to suffer first and the most.
