Please Help
I don’t know much about computers.

I tried putting new ram (32GB(4X 8GB) DDR3L/DDR3 1600MHz) in my pc and after that my computer became super laggy and its performance is unstable. I thought the new ram wasn’t working out so I took them out and put back the old ram (16GB (4X 4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz) but now my pc is still unstable. My FPS fluctuates from 1- 20…
I checked to make sure I didn’t knock any cables loose but everything seems to be where it was. I reset my whole computer and switched my operating system windows 10 from my HDD to my SSD and still no fix.

-Intel Core i7 4790k
-Gigabyte Motherboard- Z97X-SLI-CF
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
-PSU Rosewill 80+ Bronze arc-650

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
