PC crashes while playing Cyberpunk2077 and TotalWar:WwarhammerII

Hello everyone!

I lately have a problem with my PC, which is crashing when I play "Cyberpunk2077" (C77) and "TotalWar: Warhammer II" (TWW2).
My PC is almost 1 year old except for the PSU and 1 HDD.

The first time this problem occured like a week ago, when I installed, started TWW2 and played for about an hour with a friend. The whole PC just crashed and restarted itself.
Then I tried it again to recreate the problem and it crashed in the exact moment when I wanted to end my turn and I was probably about 5 mins ingame.
Next try it crashed about 2 mins ingame, after selecting a town at the map.
After that I just tought it must be an issue with the program, so I tried everything I knew and I could find in the internet, but there was nothing I could find to fix the problem.

Next step for me was to reset my whole Computer and set it up again (mainly because of another software related issue that has nothing to do with this one).

Next time the issue occured was when I installed C77. First time playing wasn't a problem but today, after loading a savegame I pressed "Space" to get into the game... Crash into PC restart. Then after a shorter amount of time, it crashed after loading into another Scene.
After moving the gamefiles to my SSD I couldn't recreate the problem. And to be fair I don't want to destroy my hardware by trying to crash it.

Summary:
-First time playing C77 or TWW2 there was no issue with crashing or just after a good amount of time
-After that crashes after clicking gameobjects, loading in between sceenes or loading into a savegame
-PC has been reset recently

Now I am thinking that the cause of this issue is my hardware.

Specs:
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i9 @ 3.60GHz
Comet Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
32,0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1462MHz (16-18-18-36)
Motherboard
Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. MAG B460 TOMAHAWK (MS-7C81) (U3E1)
Graphics
LEN G25-10 (1920x1080@59Hz)
S24D340 (1920x1080@60Hz)
B22W-6 LED (1680x1050@59Hz)
Intel UHD Graphics 630 (MSI)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (ASUStek Computer Inc)
SLI Disabled
Storage
465GB Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB (SATA (SSD))
931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA )
931GB Seagate ST1000DM010-2EP102 (SATA )

The temperatures of the parts are very normal storages ~30°C, GPU 20°C-65°C, CPU 40°C-70°C, the usage of the capacity is not remarkably high, every core of the CPU is working
and the rest is as it should be from the monitoring aspect.
I checked dxdiag and it showed no errors aswell as the Windows event log ( there is the "Error 41" but thats just saying that my PC crashed)

After crawling many forums for similar issues, many times people suggested there is something wrong with the PSU. I mean it makes sense to me because i am loosing power.
While I am writing I cant tell what brand my PSU is from, but I know it has 650W and is around 6 years old. I am using my PC daily for work and free time, so it is running a lot.

Probably it is worth to mention that sometimes my PC does not boot fully. One day it freezes midway, the other day the system runs but there is nothing at the screen, but sometimes it works normally.
Another observation I have made is that, after I startet my Computer some of my monitors stayed black. They are having power but no signal.
These two issues might be related with my main problem but who knows.

Still I don't know what exactly is causing my problem and I hope maybe you guys can help me out :)

Best regards

PS: I must apologize for my english, I have tried to express myself as precisely and accurate as I could, so let me know if there was something you didn't understand. I will try to describe it better.

-PC has been reset recently
Did you reinstall the drive in the proper order starting with the chipsets?

My PC is almost 1 year old except for the PSU and 1 HDD.
Make and model of the PSU

Could be that the HDD is failing.

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
