Basically my after i bought my parts i saw that the used gtx 980 ti had 93 degrees so i repasted and now it crashes even with low degrees here is a video tried fixing it for 8 hours straight even did a clean install same problem

I would appreciate any help.

Veeg is bang on the money regarding the power requirements (see my canned info below) but there could also be something else going on.

I would recommend a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated PSU from a proven brand such as Corsair, EVGA or Seasonic, a 600W or above is recommended to be used in a system that has a GTX 980 Ti present so this must be your minimum, remember, it is the card manufacturer that is expected to honour any warranty should the card break, not a PSU calculator or some faceless person on the internet that says that it is ok to ignore any minimum PSU requirements specified by the GPU manufacturer.

If your CPU and MB have onboard graphics, have you tried removing the GTX 980 Ti from the PCI-E slot on the MB and hooking the display up to the appropriate video port on the MB.

Any proof that the GPU was not already damaged when you got it.

I really don‘t know if it was damaged before hand i got it for a really high price but i will buy a 700 w evga psu with silver efficiency rating i hope this will solve my problem

Is the above not an option.

Never come across such a PSU and being that the Silver efficiency rating is obsolete any silver efficiency rated PSU will most likely be pre owned and out of warranty, don`t play Russian Roulette with power supplies, you won`t win.
