Overwatch 2 Restarts/Crashes PC on launch

Hello, I've been having problems with OW2, ever since the first download when I press launch, my PC restarts itself right away. I never once managed to run the game properly. I checked for bottlenecks and updated my drivers, and my pc specs pass the bare minimum required for the game. I would love to have some help since I really want to play with my friends and I've done all I could think of and I've run out of ideas

FYI, my specs are:
CPU I5-4590 3.30Ghz 4CPUs
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Memory 16GB
DirectX 12
Monitor 1920x1080 32bit 144hz

My CPU is on the weak side but it should still be able to run OW2, I don't think the problem is related to the specs because as soon as I press the launch the computer restarts, it doesn't get the chance to try running it.

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
