When I send an email the email address on the from line is my correct email address trevor @xxxxetc but when someone replies (without starting a new email) it goes to the wrong email address it goes trtrevor@xxxxetc so I never get it.

Where is my PC (Outloook ??) getting the wrong email address from ? I need to find out and correct the entry.

What sort of email account; IMAP, POP, Microsoft 365, or other?

With the older versions of Outlook, you could type in the reply email address, and it looks like you have done this but with a typo.
The newer Outlook versions goes and gets the account info automatically from the mail servers of your email account supplier.
You may have to delete the current account in Outlook and recreate it.
If it is an IMAP or M365 account, all your emails are in the cloud and will be resync'd when the account is recreated.

There may be 2 places where to add an email, one is where you add a name or what you wish to use as ‘from’ & another is the actual account username/reply address. It sounds like you need to double check for a spelling error in the account’s details.
You may need to remove the account (not Outlook itself) & set it up again.
