old and new gpu showing artefacts

so i had artefacts gt760 and bought a new used one seller said its 100% working but still it also shows artefacts btw artefacts shows up after instaling drivers without drivers or in bios gpu aint showing any artefacts albso once or twice it was blue screen wihtout any error in it just blue screen sorry for my english hope can give me advise leave it or try to fix it somehow and i cant realy shows temps bcs this artefacts make system unmanageble this is my specs
asus amd readeon rx570
intel i5 3470
gigabyte GAH61MS1 s1155
and 450 quite old psu
 
I would use DDU to cleanly remove the old gpu drivers.

Forget about installing any dedicated drivers for the GPU until you have an appropriate PSU, generic Windows video drivers do not OC a third party GPU so the card is not being put under a full load, once you install the correct drivers the card gets OCd and the garbage PSU starts struggling and the juice going to the card becomes unstable.

Getting on for being six years old so I wouldn`t waste cash by getting the normally recommended minimum of a Gold efficiency rated unit, the card requires a minimum of 450W so anything from the Bronze efficiency rated range from EVGA or Seasonic will do, see the below first though.

That is the smaller micro ATX sized board that are often used in small form factor (SFF) cases so before purchasing a new PSU it is advisable that you measure the dimensions of the present PSU and ensure that the new PSU has the correct power connections for the MB, HDDs, optical drives, FDDs or add on cards such as the add on video card.
