NUC build Vs Inwin Chopin build

Hi All, I am building a new PC and can't decide which way to go. The PC will be used for basic browsing, photo editing and some very light video editing. Compact size is a must. I thought building a system based on the ITX format would be my best bet. I am looking at the Inwin Chopin case and a system base around the Intel Core i5-10400 CPU. This case size is great for the space it is going. The alternative I have looked at is the Intel NUC 11 Tiger Canyon NUC11TNBi5 which has the Intel Core i5-1135G7 CPU. My assumption was that the ITX build would be much more powerful, however looking at some benchmarking it would seem the NUC performs really well in comparison and better in the graphics department.

I have no issue with building a PC. In fact that is part of the attraction towards the Inwin Chopin build.

Can anyone offer up their suggestions? Am I misreading the data on these 2 builds? Is there an alternative I should consider?

thankyou
