Solved No HDMI Signal

Hello everyone,
So 2 days ago i tried to update my GPU's drivers (RX 560 2gb) everything went well, until i had to restart the PC to complete the update.
When it rebooted the screen was black, No HDMI Signal was written on the monitor.
I've tried to Change the input of the monitor, Hdmi 1/2 etc.
I've reset the monitor, cleaned the cables, tried a different one and nothing worked.
So i removed the GPU and connected the HDMI Cable to the motherboard, and surprisingly it worked(The screen opened and everything works fine). So the monitor is not faulty.
I wanted to see if the GPU was faulty so i used an older one that i had lying around, and i got the same error.

Can you help me find out what i need to do in order for it to work?
Also some important notes, this happened before when i tried to restart my PC, but it always opened after i restarted it 2-3 times.(This time i tried for 2 days and nothing changed).

Specs:
Mb: Dell XPS 8700
CPU: i7-4770
GPU: RX-560 2G
Ram: 16GB DDR3 1600hz I think
Stock PSU from Dell xps 8700
The GPU that was laying around is a MSI ATI Radeon HD 4650, it came with the pc (Used it until i bought the RX560)

Does the motherboard have a 2nd PCI-E slot you can try ? Have you tried cleaning out the PCI-E Slot ?

Possibly could be the PSU playing up under more load, do you have another to plug in and see if it makes any difference ?

Since its doing it on two cards, when starting with onboard you can try uninstalling the freshly installed drivers . See if it loads from default.

But where written -- ---Suspect its more than a driver issue.

It has only one PCI E slot, I've ordered a new PSU since i needed one anyway if i want to upgrade, and which drivers are you referring to uninstall? GPU?

I'm going to try tomorrow cleaning the slot and see if that works, thanks for now.

I responded to him saying that the problem was solved, somehow it didn't go through?Weird.

Yes the Graphic Card Drivers for the RX 560 , Then on shutdown and reinstalling the Card, "IF" its a Driver issue the default windows drivers will kick in and you'll get a display on the monitor.

But its only something to try, as since its been mentioned takes 2-3 times sometimes, normally Drivers wouldn't do that, unless they are rolling parts back in the process.

Sometimes its a process of elimination to locate a problem.
