Solved No Display and 00 Debug LED Code

Not open for further replies.
I just got a new used motherboard 2 weeks ago MSI MEG B550 Unify-X. Since using this mobo I've had multiple instances where I lose display as in the screen goes black, I then get a 00 on my motherboards Debug LED readout. Pressing the case power button does nothing, the same with pressing the reset button on my case. I also have a power button and reset button on my motherboard and pressing them does nothing, my system stays on, with a black screen and my fans going at the normal speed, they aren't ramping up or anything. The only way to restart the system is to turn off the PSU then turn it back on and press the case power button and my system boots like nothing happened. I do not have a minidump file to share unfortunately. I checked Event viewer and all it shows is The previous system shutdown at ... on ‎... was unexpected. I've included the event viewer text attached to this post. I checked my system temps and all are in normal range including CPU and GPU. I went ahead and ran scandisk and there are no errors I also validated my Windows install and there are no errors with that. I thought maybe it was a BIOS issue so I went ahead and rolled back from the newest bios version to the 2nd newest bios version and it still happened.
Also i noticed in Event viewer that i am getting a lot of errors having to do with network and some software. If you guys have any programs you want me to run that will provide some more info I'd be happy to do that. I'm on the latest build and version of Windows 11 Pro, just clean installed last night.
More info: Since this is a redone thread I disabled PBO and CPB and increased DRAM voltage by .050 and it appears that may have fixed it although I'm not sure becuase this issue always just happened randomly. I ran it with PBO and CPB disabled for about a week and no issues, I just reenabled them but left the DRAM voltage increase, I've only been running it like that for about 3 days but so far no issues. I've looked online and it appears this has happened with other people and no one ever figured out the core cause of it, most threads having to do with this issue ended up dying with no resolution. The only one that seemed to be resolved was the one suggested the person disable PBO and CPB and increase DRAM voltage. Bottomline though is I'm not going to disable PBO and CPB. I have a high performance CPU that i just purchased last year on Cyber Monday and I refuse to run it underspecced.

Specs:

I went ahead and just ordered a new mobo. I'm pretty pissed, hopefully we can figure out whats wrong with this one though. I ordered an ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WIFI II mobo and it arrives tomorrow morning (thank *** for amazon overnight shipping). I suppose at the worse, if my old RAM works in it then I can return the Trident Z RAM and get refunded for the $140 I spent on it earlier this week. I was going to go with a less expensive renewed mobo on Amazon but after this experience with the used mobo I'm not going to take the chance. It's going to be weird having a ASUS board since I've always had MSI mobos. And now I'll get to reinstall windows for the 2nd time in 2 day, i can't wait /s. I'll update this later tomorrow after i get the new mobo installed in the meantime since I already experienced the problem again would you like me to upload speccy and bsod collection thing again?

Even AMD says over clocking is risky.
AMD`s product warranty does not cover damages caused by overclocking, even when overclocking is enabled via AMD hardware and/or software. GD-26.

Both ram are already faster then what the cpu is able to handle.

wow, i actually didn't know that about the max supported RAM speed. I've been using 3600 with this 5900x and before that a 3900x and never had any problems. With that said though I don't think it's an issue with RAM speed considering I never had this problem with my old mobo (MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus)

alright I have the new mobo installed and Windows reinstalled, yet again. Right now I'm testing out everything, running it through it's paces. I'm using my old RAM kit and it booted up right away with no problems, also no problem with enabling docp/xmp. I also have pbo enabled and resizable bar on my gpu. I'm going to be sending in the MSI mobo for RMA later this week, i can't right now bcuase I literally spent all my money on this new mobo and can't even afford shipping right now for the RMA. If MSI sends me a new mobo I'm probably just going to keep using this ASUS mobo and sell the MSI mobo. I guess since I got a new mobo you can mark this solved. I REALLY appreciate all the time and effort you guys put into helping idiots like me, seriously, you guys have helped a ton with various issues I've had for like the last 7yrs.

it would be great if the issues all stemmed from that used mobo - looking good so far, but time will be the ultimate test.

will closed as (maybe) solved.
of course keep us in the loop and it can be re-opened if.... well you know but let's not tempt fate with saying it! (y)
