Hello, I am posting for any recommendations on what I can do to resolve this issue.
PC Specs.
I5-13600k
msi z690-a ddr4 motherboard
1st tested A-DATA (unknown model)
2nd tested CORSAIR - VENGEANCE PRO 32GB
PowerColor 7900xtx
So to begin with I took my SSD that had my OS on it from my previous system and it booted up just fine after installing network drivers everything was going well. I installed the latest driver for the 7900xtx and after many restarts of updating windows etc. It gave me a BSOD - CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT out of the blue on one startup and would not boot up after that at all. I cleared the CMOS and it booted up but the freezes and crashes only got worse. It would get me to the windows login screen and then BSOD. So I thought it may be conflicting drivers and did a wipe on the SSD and installed Win10 fresh. It finished downloading and installing everything but froze on setting up actual account details. Now it gets frozen every time on the loading dots of windows after bios.
Things to note new OS was installed on a different known working drive.
Turned XMP off, Switched the ADATA ram that was not on the supported memory list of the MOBO for the vengeance pro that is supported. Also only put one stick in slot 2.
I am beyond confused as to how the PC could be working fine and now freeze every time.
Any help is appreciated.
