Hi. I have an old PC that I have updated bit by bit. The specifications before the new gpu/psu:

Motherboard: Asus TUF gaming B560-plus Wifi

CPU: Intel Core I9-11900KF

Ram: Corsair Vengeance lpx DDR4 3000mhz 64Gb

GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1070 ROG Strix Gaming

Psu: Corsair CX750M

Then I bought a gpu and psu:

Psu: Corsair RM1000X

Gpu: GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12G Ventus 2x OC

After I switched to these components and all the cabling, I started the PC as usual. Apart from that there is no image signal from the gpu. Then i tryed to switch back to the old Gpu, to check if I had a bad graphics card. Still no image signal either on hdmi or dp. Then switched back to old psu and gpu, still same problem. No image signal from gpu.

Tried afterwards to remove the gpu to test the image signal directly from the mainboard, and once again zero image signal.

Has anyone been lost in this before? Have checked around a bit but no one with this motherboard. See those with newer motherboards get a bios flashback/update. But can't find a solution for this outside of Windows.

Would be very happy for help with this
 
In the past when I have encountered these left-field, unexplained issues, I have stripped the rig completely down and reassembled on a piece of cardboard on a bench/table.

This gives you a chance to not only clean and inspect the parts, but also remove any shorts that could be happening, double check the wiring, give each component a little clean, but more importantly, only connect the core parts needed to get a signal on the screen - even if that signal is "no drive found", or "no keyboard present".

So only use the motherboard with CPU and cooler, one stick on memory, no GPU if the CPU and mobo supports on-board graphics, and of course the PSU.
No keyboard or mouse, no drives or USB devices, no DVD unit.
It also helps if the mobo has one of those small, round, black speakers so you can hear the start-up beeps as these are a good troubleshooting aid.
 
I dont have that speaker on my cabinet, but i tryed this. Without any success. Now i only have the PSU (Both 24pins + cpu), Cpu and 1 ram. still no image signal.
 
That motherboard doesn't look like it has any diagnostic LED's to help you, so the speaker would be a useful purchase, they cost like $5 or less.
Your nearest PC repair shop would have them.

But it looks like you have a hardware failure, maybe power supply, maybe motherboard.
Without quick, and free access, to spare parts to swap in & out to test that theory, it may be time to take it to someone. 👍
