Solved New gaming PC build unable to launch windows 11 successfully

Goodmorning everybody,
New to PC building and new to this forum, so please forgive my ignorance. Im here to learn. I built a new gaming PC and having trouble getting into Windows 11.
I am able to go through most of the install of Windows, but during the process at some point my screen just goes black and am not able to do anything from that point and must reset manually. Upon reset it goes to the Asus screen but after that the screen just goes black. The Qcode on the motherboard is not showing an error code, just the temp of the CPU, which stays to what I think are normal temps. The computer and all LEDS and fans are still running, including the RAM LEDS, just black screen. Again, new to this so if this should be posted elsewhere please let me know.

What I have tried to do:
1.Reinstalling Windows 11 from the USB drive-The furthest it got was to auto loading apps from my laptop then went to black screen after what looked like a power cycle.
2.Tried just one stick of RAM in all four slots making sure they are fully seated ( I have two sticks, tried them both).
3. Removed graphics card and hooked HDMI cable directly to motherboard-I get no display whatsoever doing this
4. Updated motherboard to most current BIOS
5. Tried unplugging every USB device and this made no difference
6. Confirmed all power connections at power supply and components solidly plugged in
7. Booted from Bios screen

Components:

Case-Pahnteks Eclipse P500A Midtower
Motherboard- Asus ROG Strix X670E-E WIFI(this was purchased as new open box)
CPU- AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
RAM-Corsair Dominator 2X16GB DDR5 5600MHZ
Graphics card-Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 4090
Power Supply-Corsair RM1000x
CPU AIO Cooler- Asus ROG Ryujin II 360
Monitor-Crossover 2550X1600 ( I think, this worked fine with previous computer)
Monitor connections-HDMI out of PC to DVI at monitor via an adaptor

Would appreciate any help and let me know if more info is needed. Thanks so much!

This may have been in error. Since it uses my same windows username and password it asked if I wanted to import the apps I have on my laptop. This definitely isnt a requirement on my part. After that attempt I tried reinstalling Windows again and it did not even get to the part of installation where it asked me if i wanted to install those apps.

The Widows 11 USB drive was purchased new from Newegg. No attempt to overclock or anything, that is beyond my current knowledge. Thanks, I did not realize I was in laptop support. :)

Other may have more to post on this.

One other issue I see is the RAM is incorrect for the processor that you have.
RAM-Corsair Dominator 2X16GB DDR5 5600MHZ

CPU- AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D

Update to this. I purchased new RAM that is compatible with CPU and also verified it is compatible with the motherboard (Corsair Vengeance 16GB X2 5200mhz. Installed one stick for testing purposes(tried each slot). Same symptoms. Won't boot windows on startup, screen goes black. Booted from Windows installation USB drive and reinstalled windows, installed to the point of displaying the normal desktop screen then screen went black. Not sure if its normal, but on the BIOS screen it displays the RAM as 4800mhz, not 5200. Thanks for any other suggestions

BIOS version is 1101. I cleared CMOS. Here are a couple photos. GPU cables arranged so you can see how they are hooked up.

Before I waste any more time of you fine folks, I need to tinker. Removed graphics card and hooked HDMI from motherboard(different cable) to my TV and I have windows. Will report back with findings. Thanks!

Look like to need to update the BIOS according to the motherboard site.

BIOS version is 1101.

This seems to be just a display or connection issue. Everything seems to work fine when hooked up to my TV via HDMI. Ordered a new monitor since it was 8 years old and had a DVI connection. Thanks everyone for your willingness to help
