Solved New CPU, CPU Debug Light On, Monitor turns on when powered on but “No Signal”

I apologize if this issue has already been resolved on this site, but I could not find one in the exact same position I am in. I have recently purchased a Ryzen 9 5950x, put it in my PC and now the motherboard has the debug CPU light on, and the fan on my motherboard is running at full speed constantly. Also, when I power on the system, my monitor turns on, but says “No Signal”. When I switched out my CPU, I did take out my GPU as well just for ease in the CPU switching process, and to clean the parts as well. Everything in the system worked fine before I switched the CPU’s. I just want to make sure that nothing is wrong with the recently purchased CPU, because I have a limited amount of days to return it if it is faulty. CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x (recently upgraded from Ryzen 7 3700x)

GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 Super

Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi

RAM: 16GBx2 Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 3200MHz

Memory: 1TB SSD & 2TB HDD

PSU: Corsair RM750

I double checked to make sure it was seated correctly, and I cleaned off and re-applied thermal paste. Still did not work. I put in my 3700 and it booted up fine. My specs for my motherboard say that it is compatible with 5000 series AMD CPUs. Do you think it’s possible that I got a faulty 5950?

My current bios version is 1.70

If I go to bios and look, it said bios version E7B93AMS.170. I found the 1.7 if I went to the control center and typed in “wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion”.

I’ve been thinking about the BIOS update all day and I should’ve mentioned that my I bought all of my initial PC parts (including my motherboard) in the summer of 2020. The Ryzen 9 5950x did not release until November of 2020. So it would make sense that my current BIOS version doesn’t even know what a 5950x even is. If I update my BIOS and it still does not work with the 5950x, will I be able to put my 3700x back in and it work? I don’t want to update BIOS, then be stuck with a faulty 5950x and the wrong BIOS version for the 3700x.
