Hi all new on here. Just built new gaming tower with my son . Stumbled along and now we are at a silly place. The SSD is not being detected. We removed the graphic card to move the SSD to another slot which seem to work (we installed Windows 11) . We Reinstalled GC -SSD again SSD not detected but the graphic is. So I can only guess everything is working but conflict....

We then reset the BIOS by taking the battery out with the GC installed and switched on ...windows 11 started up- Restarted the computer- screen went blank What's going on? Is there an f key to get it to boot- is this a simple fix.? Its doing my head in...Please help. Confused I am.

Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Please provide the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM ( including the amount, number of sticks and speed ) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.

OK I will do. I was hoping it's a simple issue. It all (windows loads) works fine but only when the BIOS has been reset. After a Shut down, THE SSD is not reconised. Before shutting down the SSD it's there and loads Windows.

I'll get the information needed and post it, thanks it appreciated.

Being that the OP revisited the forum but chose not to acknowledge the above of Bruce this thread will be closed.
