Hello.

Must apologize for not being on for a couple days, been mostly bedridden the last few days with pretty heavy cold.

@Rustys
As for post 8 and 9.

AVG is removed, and I did reboot both the router and the modem just before getting on PCHF.
Also did try to reset the network settings.

When trying clean boot the problem disappeared and I tried enabling programs one section at a time and the issue did not present itself again, so I left everything enabled for a while and the issue was suddenly back again.
The issue almost seems to have a mind of it own, and just goes away for a while before it is back again.

Have not tried connecting directly to the modem yet but will try that as well
Have not given resetting to factory any thought before you mentioned it.

@Malnutrition
Will give that a go

Again, thanks alot for trying to help

Good deal, just go thru the steps one by one, if you have issues with anything stop and let me know.

Post new logs when completed with everything and reboot the machine.

@Malnutrition
Did what you asked and I have attached the report files.
As of right now I can't seem to provoke the issue to appear, but as said earlier it comes and goes a little, usually after having computer turned off for a while.

Have not yet tried plugging the cable directly to the modem without the router, but thought I would give that a go in the morning if the issue arises again.

I'll be off in about 30 minutes and will be back tomorrow.

Thanks again

Do search on your machine with Everything search tool for Avast and AVG.

Delete any remaining folder on the machine, if something will not delete, boot into safe mode to delete, if still no joy then use the
Unlocker tool.
=====================================================================

Install Ublock Origin.

========================================================================

Use Autoruns and search for anything starting with windows related to Avast or AVG. then disable it, then reboot.

Download and run Startup lite.

To be honest everything actually seems to work right now after what I did yesterday.
Well have to make sure over the next few days tho that it is really good.
Only other thing I know I did this morning before going online was to change the port on the ethernet cable in my router. Might have to try to move it back later to see if that brings the issue back.

Anyways still decided to do the last tips anyway
Programs updated.
Ublock installed
Have removed most of the avg/avast files with the everything search tool. Gotta go into safemode to remove the last ones I guess so gonna do that in a bit.
Autoruns did not find anything related to avg or avast.

Also did not get the Startup lite link to work, but that might not matter if the issue is gone now.

Will update in a few days with feedback if the issue is gone or back again, and if the issue might have just been the port on the router.

Thanks Again
REALLY appreciate the assistance
