and single 16gb ram.

Only having one stick of RAM will cause a severe bottleneck.

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Can you not quote every reply and not post multiple times all in one go, you get detected as a spammer if you do.

my psu is 1st player 650w psu

The PSU belongs in the trash as there is one thing that is possibly worse than using a known poor quality brand of PSU and that is using one that is unheard of, for brands of PSU to trust and brands to avoid please refer to the links in my sig.

While we look at the Speccy report, one thing I will suggest is that you change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, High Performance is a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues and a weak PSU such as the one that you have will get hotter and weaker the more that you use it.

Is 1stplayer 650W PSU good?

Edit to add:

The RAM as has already been mentioned will be causing a bottleneck but to add to that already said your CPU can only handle RAM up to 2666MHz so you are going to have to get yourself a matching pair of RAM rated at that speed, CPU specs here

We can see from the Speccy report that the system drivers were not correctly installed so the system has not been working as it should for months.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer ** or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

Last but not least, there is a problem with the internet connection and Windows, note all those marked as;

Local 127.0.0.1:1120: TIME-WAIT Remote 127.0.0.1:57150 (Querying... )
