My pc broken

the PSU is the most likely culprit, and easy to replace, as well as being one of the cheaper parts to replace.
even if not the cause of this issue, it certainly won't hurt replacing it due to it not being fit for purpose with your current specs.

If it's not the problem we can keep looking, unfortunately this is the next step for figuring out any issues as far as I am concerned.

As Bruce mentioned, there's no downside to having a better PSU than needed - other than maybe a slightly lighter wallet.
