Multiple PCs and SmartTV in the network can't access random websites

I'm stumped by this issue that has persisted for quite a while so looking for some advice here.

I have an Netgear Orbi Mesh network (RBK50+1 satelite) which is connected to a router in bridge mode (Connect box by Swiss provider UPC). I have a number of devices connected to this home network, either wireless or through the ports. My apple devices (Iphones, Apple TVs, Ipads) never encounter any issues connecting to websites however, my PC (running window 11) and 2 smart TVs (Samsung The Frame 2019) on a recurring basis have troubles connecting to random online services (e.g. the Netflix App on the Smart TVs result in error messages while trying to access Netflix while other apps like youtube never have any issues) or on the PC random websites aren't reachable (e.g. popular newspapers websites, netgear . com, just to name a few few, resulting in the same error message: the site can't be can't be reached. The connection was reset). On certain days, the same websites work without any issues, on other days it's a huge pain. It doesn't seem to matter if the device is connected wirelessly or via the ports.

I've tried to reset the devices network settings, followed multiple online support guidance to reset settings on my PC for such error messages but it doesn't seem to fix the issue - at least not long term. So I'm conviced it must have to do with the network. Hence, I've reset the router and the netgear mesh devices to factory settings multiple times but that doesn't seem to do the trick, either.

So appreciate any help to fix this.
