Hello,

I'm running Win7 64bit , I have Chrome , Opera , FF , Safari and I'm able to view Youtube and Dailymotion and other websites videos just fine, but I can't view any video from that site

all the videos give a blank window of the flash player and when right clicking on it I get 'movie not loaded..'.
I tried some old suggestions from Google like clearing cache and using Adobe uninstaller then reinstall flash player but they didn't work :(
Any new fixes for this?

Thanks

Sorry about the delay @Ramicoo.

If it's only that one site, it might be an issue with Flash itself. You say you're able to view Youtube, Hulu, Netflix normally correct? That's probably because they use HTML5 and not Flash. Flash is being depricated and phased out.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP Configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Please post the log in your next reply :)

When I done the easy service optimizer the wireless signal gone and it's not detecting any Wi-Fi signals although it's not disabled?? Tried restore to marked services but it didn't work What happened!?

I followed all the steps you instructed Malnutrition but unfortunately nothing changed :(
Btw you mentioned that YT and other websites use HTML5 not flash, but I can for instance play videos from this website http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/boyandrobot1 which requires flash player and also when I check flash player on here https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html it says my computer has the latest Flash Player installed.. But why I can't play videos from http://shareae.com specifically? is there a special app/patch that should be installed to play videos on that site?

I assume you have logged in? I'm not a member and don't wish to join. There should be some help for the members to ask why videos won't play at that site.

**** I didn't think of that lol though I have account but due to them don't have a community section or something I didn't look much but I searched bit more and found a member who I can message, I'll post here if they gave me a solution to the issue

Hope nobody minds my few cents worth here
When I go to the link supplied by the user, and using no login at all http://shareae.com
I get a web page with no playable video on that page, but clicking on the link shown below opens another page where it will play the video if you click the start icon.

Clicking on the above link gives a playable video below, including audio. And I do not have Flash.

Try another browser.

Hello

Yes gus that's the solution the admin of the page told me to follow to fix the issue, but it's rather confusing cos on another computer I can normally play all videos from the first page without having to go to the demo page and both machines using the same flash player version and browser versions..
Anyway this issue is solved for me so if you guys have nothing more to share you can close the thread.

Thank you all
