hello, my spec is

Proc Ryzen 5 7500f
Ram Adata XPG Lancer Blade DDR 5 32gb (16x2)
SSD Adata XPG Gammix S70 Blade 1tb
Cooler Deepcool AG400Plus
GPU Asus TUF RX 6800XT
Mobo Asrock B650M Pro RS
PSU Montech Gamma II 750w 80+ gold

build just a week ago
the problem came at the third day, while playing dota 2, my screen went blank but my cpu stil running.
i wait about 1 minute but the cpu still running, because i want to quickly reconnect to the game i force shutdown the cpu then start again to quicly recon to the game

then on the fifth day same problem occur while playin Honkai star rail, but this time i waited and the cpu goes off around 5-10 minutes
i thought this was overheat problem, so i dont really think much about it

then on the sixth day, i installed starfield and the screen went black after playing around 30 minutes, same problem, the cpu still running, so i restart the cpu and run starfield again, but the screen goes black before 30 min.

i tried lowering the graphic quality from high to medium, and i can play the game around 90 mins and the screen goes black again

here is the speecy link
sorry for bad english

Three big problems that we can see, the most serious first;

GPU Asus TUF RX 6800XT
PSU Montech Gamma II 750w 80+ gold

You have a high end gaming GPU but a PSU that is rated as – Tier C • Low-end

Your build needs a 750W or above Gold efficiency rated PSU from one of the following, Corsair RM range, EVGA, Seasonic or Super Flower, seven year warranty minimum but preferably ten.

While we take a closer look at the Speccy report, one thing I will suggest now is that you change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues and a weak PSU such as the one that you have will get hotter and weaker the more that you use it.

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, AMD state here up to 5200MHz/MT/s and if you have EXPO/XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

Disable XMP.

thanks for the advice, i try to implement this first.

No worries but can I ask that you do not quote all/entire replies, doing so gets detected as spam and needs Mod approval before it can be seen + we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

i already done the suggestion, but the problem still occurring

and when the screen goes black, this 2 light on motherboard light up,
does this mean anything?

i changed dram profile setting, and ram speed to 5200mhz, then the power plan to balanced
yes, my keyboard is attached

That is not what was suggested, to disable XMP and clear any bad settings you need to do the below;

Restore the MBs default factory settings in the BIOS, they are sometimes listed as one of the following " factory defaults" "most stable" or on newer boards "optimized" please note that if you have both the "most stable" and the "optimized" options in the BIOS you should choose the most stable" option as in this instance the "optimized" settings are a form of overclocking that can cause instability.

Save the new settings, exit the BIOS, restart the computer, post back with an update once you have done this.

is this the right one?

after load the uefi bios default, i run starfield and played around 10-15 min and the screen goes off.
just before the screen goes off i noticed the cpu util reach 100% in my amd adrenaline metric overlay.

here is new speecy link

What about the two LEDs on the MB, were they on or off when the latest episode happened.

By continuing to game on this PC is effectively playing Russian Roulette as the present PSU could go bang at any time, it may have already damaged your rather expensive GPU.

In addition to the above, we can see by looking at Speccy that when it comes to installing Windows and the system drivers it has been a mess since day one, this will not be helping any.

the LED's were on

when it comes to installing Windows and the system drivers it has been a mess since day one
if i reinstall and change into win 10, could it be better?

present PSU could go bang at any time
then is the PSU the real problem that causing the screen to off?

does this mean a better 750w gold psu is enough or i need to go for 800w psu?

You need to do two things;

Get the GPU tested in a system that has an appropriate spec of PSU ot swap in an appropriate spec of PSU to test your rig.

If the GPU checks out okay and/or if you swap in a test PSU and the system runs okay you should follow the PSU recommendations on my reply #2. I strongly suggest that you do not purchase anything until the above has been done, a bad PSU can cause all sorts of untold damage.

Just like a new PSU is required so is properly installing Windows and the system drivers but not at this time, the issue is hardware and not software related.

ok, i try to get this done asap, but it might take 1 - 2 weeks for me to make the update.

i want ask, before i make this thread, i tried stress tested my GPU for 1 hour twice using OCCT, and it has no problem.
why could it withstand the stress test ?

i just want to know, is the power usage for stress test and gaming different?

Do you realise the risk of testing your GPU when your PSU is rated so badly, bang and slowburn are two potential outcomes.

i just want to know, is the power usage for stress test and gaming different?

No and in all honesty I have no idea as to how you have been able to run OCCT when you can`t even browse the internet or game safely without the PC turning off on you, as has been previously mentioned this is 100% a hardware issue and no way is it software related, if it were your PC would not even boot and you would either get a BSOD or a failure to start at all, we can check for any software errors, see the below;

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us if you will.

i was testing the gpu before because i thought the gpu was the problem

i could use the computer normally, i just cant use it to run graphic demanding game.

the computer usage while browsing or doing other activity did not turn off the pc.

Because the computer and predominantly the PSU are not under any load.

You need to stick to talking about the here and now because talking about what you have done in the past is confusing the present issue.

Couple of things flagged up in the MTB log but there is one in particular that you need to get sorted first and foremost, your PC is infected so this thread needs to be closed while you get taken care of over on the malware removal forums where you need to start a new thread.

Should you still require help after getting the all clear of malware and you have swapped in an appropriate PSU contact a staff member and this thread will be reopened for you,.

Be sure to include a link to this thread in your OP on the malware removal forums.
