I just figured out that I don't even know what I did in your terminology, I used the media creation tool, selected to keep all data, files, programs and installed the thing just like suggested in the video

that should have repaired Windows.
sounds like something else may be at play, like a failing drive, especially when all your App store stuff should have vanished when logged in under another account, as that stuff is User based, not Machine based. so the Registry may be corrupted.
let's redo these;
  • chkdsk /f
  • sfc /scannow
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase
while the sun shines, make sure you have a backup of all your personal stuff because the upcoming suggestions may be to do another repair but this time keeping nothing. same USB media, same process, but telling it not to keep stuff, and the first window offering choices during that process should allow you to manually delete all the current partitions - do that too!

but let's see if others have some suggestions first. (y)

"Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts?", told him to do so... nothing happened

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

Last two cleanups completed succesfully

Then I restarted the pc and before the Windows booted, it said Scanning and repairing drive C:

MS Store and Xbox keep crashing on startup though

If you deleted the AppStore folder (which is hidden) then you most likely deleted every
Right click Start>Powershell with admin rights & enter:
icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /reset /t /c /q To reset the permissions for Microsoft App Store & all Apps to default.
If that doesn’t work then reinstall all MS apps:
Right click Start>Powershell with admin rights & enter:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}

If this doesn’t work:
Try Solution 9: Use the Preinstalled Apps Zip to Reinstall Microsoft Store:

If that doesn’t work then try the suggestion here:

Once the store is installed then you should be able to reinstall the other apps.

If non of these work then most likely a clean install is required.

Non of these seem to do anything, still can't launch Microsoft Store, nor the Xbox app

What do you mean by clean install? Factory settings?

If installing the Store app from the link given didn’t work then you’re looking at a clean install.
A clean install is done by creating installation media on a USB then booting the PC from this USB media & deleting all partitions on the drive (unless you have a data partition then you should leave this). The media will create the partitions it requires.
You will lose all files & programs so you should have a backup of your files & all the installer .exe or installations CDs of your programs.

You can always create a disk image beforehand in case it still doesn’t work.

One question before I do the clean install
Is there a way I can reactivate the Windows product key (I don't have the code anymore, if there is some way to find it or something?)

The key is saved on the Microsoft servers and will automatically activate.

Under the activation screen you will see where it states you are activated under a digital
