Making a smartphone a bluetooth adapter?

I do have a bluetooth dongle but it's in my hometown which I won't be returning to for a few weeks and it's a really one connectivity is like on and off one minute its fine the other one it disappears and so forth

to answer you question - No, at least not that I'm aware of.
you want devices that connect to your phone, then to be accessible on the PC, but said device is already paired with another device, your phone!

+1 with Rusty, get a BT dongle, cost about $30.
getting the latest BT version (5.1 I think they are up to) will also be backward compatible with your current devices.

what BT devices are you wanting to connect to the PC?
