Low FPS on specific high-end games

So others can assist lets start here.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

This does not include the power supply unit we will need the make and model of that.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

If I may chime in with an observation folks, it may or may not be the cause of what you mention in your OP but it most certainly needs bringing to your attention.

Ryzen CPUs are known to demand fast RAM and for the Pinnacle Ridge Ryzen 7 2700 it needs to be at least 2933MHz, while your present RAM is capable of 3000MHz it needs to be OCd to achieve it and here lays a problem, according to the ASRock Memory QVL here the board does not support any overclocked Crucial Ballistix RAM and Speccy telling us that your RAM is locked at circa 2394.2MHz. (1197.1 MHz Xs 2) suggests one of two things, the RAM is not 100% compatible with the MB or that XMP is not enabled in the BIOS.
