I had windows 8.1 pre installed on my HP laptop and i resetted the entire laptop to install windows 10. I have lost HP settings+system recovery drive too+slow disk performace. How could i roll back to the previous one? i dont even see hp logo at the boot

how long ago did you upgrade to Windows 10?
how was the upgrade done; keeping software and personal settings or keep nothing?
what is the laptop make/model so we can look up the specs.
if it has a SATA drive, is BIOS set to AHCI?

It has been 3 months now.
Keep nothing was selected
HP PAVILION 15-p073tx
And I don't know about Bios :/

The time to roll back the system has passed you only have ten days to roll back since Windows 10 automatically deletes that information.
Keep nothing was selected
Everything was erased and no longer exist since this way selected.

The only way you can get back to Windows 8.1 is to use the recovery disk if you created them other wise

You WILL HAVE to go to the laptops manufacture site and download the drivers and install in the proper order starting with the chipsets first.
