I'm currently using a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 360 for schoolwork (for about half a year? maybe?) which has been working fine since this morning. I used it quite a lot today, running it down to around 20%, which I have done 3 or 4 times before. I got home and plugged it in; when I checked back after half an hour or so, I noticed it was stuck at 0%. Whenever I unplug it, it immediately shuts off, and when I plug it back in, I can use it, which is what I am doing right now. I have done some battery troubleshooting, and just about everything says that my battery is at 98.9% health, which seems to indicate it is fine. It just appears that, for some reason, my laptop is choosing not to charge. I would appreciate any help, as I'd rather not have to go to a repair shop or anything like that.
