Laptop freezes after few hours of work.

So recently my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 3) have been freezing after few hours of work. Few weeks ago it would also randomly display blue screen of error and go into BIOS more. Today I did a format and there's no such problem, but freezing didn't stop. I already turned with this problem to a specialist who assured me it's fixed, but obviously he didn't fix it. Overall, there aren't any problems with its performance. The laptop is two year old and didn't encounter any problems before. I have Windows 11.

Specs:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U 2.10 GHz
- RAM: 8GB

when you say you did a format, do you mean you reformatted the hard drive and reloaded Windows?

does it freeze or blue screen while running a certain program?
or in other words, can you make it freeze or is it random?

have you tried elevating the back of the laptop and resting it on a couple of items under each of the back corners to improve airflow?
